Notice is hereby given that by Deed Polls dated 22 January 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 February 2003, Elaine Barber as a person having parental responsibility, on behalf of CHLOE KILPATRICK-BARBER and CALLUM KILPATRICK-BARBER, both children, single and British citizens abandoned the surname of Kilpatrick and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Kilpatrick-Barber.
