Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto existing between Robert Ackroyd, Nicholas Michael Manley, Jacqueline Carol Freeman, Jennifer Margaret Maddox, David Alan Gill, Thomas Louis Brand, Robin Jonathan Bartle, Gillian Helen Smaggasgale, Simon Edwin Eddowes, David Graham Read, Julian Mark Potter, Robert John Hryntchyshyn Gregory and Adrian D’Coligny Murray carrying on business as Chartered Patent Attorneys and European Patent Agents at Coopers Building, 12 Church Street, Liverpool L1 3AB, Eastcheap House, Central Approach, Letchworth, Hertfordshire SG6 3DS, 55 Drury Lane, London WC2B 5SQ and D80538 Munich Reitmorstrasse, 18/1 Federal Republic of Germany under the style or firm name of W. P. Thompson & Co., shall be dissolved as from 31st July 2011, so far as concerns Simon Edwin Eddowes who will retire that day from the said firm.

All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by Robert Ackroyd, Nicholas Michael Manley, Jacqueline Carol Freeman, Jennifer Margaret Maddox, David Alan Gill, Thomas Louis Brand, Robin Jonathan Bartle, Gillian Helen Smaggasgale, David Graham Read, Julian Mark Potter, Robert John Hryntchyschyn Gregory and Adrian D’Coligny Murray who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm name of W. P. Thompson & Co.
