YORKSHIRE FOOD GROUP PLC
MONEY PURCHASE D.E.R.P. SCHEME NO 2 PLAN
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Yorkshire Food Group Plc D.E.R.P. Scheme No 2 Plan (“The Scheme”) was established
with effect from 1 October 1990. The Joint Liquidators were appointed on 19 October
1999 following the making of a winding-up Order on 26 August 1999. On 8 March 2003,
Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Limited (prevously Bradstock Trustee Services Limited)
of registered office, 1 Seething Lane, London EC3N 4NH, were appointed by the Joint
Liquidators to assist them with the winding-up of the Scheme. Alexander Forbes Trustees
Services Limited have corresponded by post with all known Members of the Scheme. Accordingly,
it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against or an interest in
the Scheme, including any person who may have been employed by the Company or an associated
employer on a part time basis and who considers that his or her exclusion from the
Scheme may have constituted indirect discrimination, who has not received correspondence
from us should make themselves known to the Trustees of the Scheme. Particulars of
any claim should be sent in writing to the undermentioned contact on or before (13
May 2003, 2 months from date of inclusion in The London Gazette ), after which date Alexander Forbes Trustee Services Limited, along with the Joint
Liquidators, will proceed with the winding-up of the Scheme and distribution of the
Scheme assets having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has had notice.
Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension
from the Scheme, or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from Alexander
Forbes Trustee Services Limited.
