Notice is hereby given that an Annual and Final Meeting of the Members of Diagonal UK Retail Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, on Thursday 15 April 2003, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, by not later than 12.00 noon on Monday 14 April 2003.
