Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held for the purpose of receiving a Final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and the conduct of the winding-up, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
