Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends to pay a First Dividend to the Creditors of the said Company, and that any such Creditor desiring to participate in such Dividend must, on or before Wednesday 9 April 2003, send in their full name and address and full particulars of their debt or claim to the undersigned, Ian Cadlock, Tenon Recovery, 39-40 Old Steine, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1NH, the Liquidator of the said Company.
