THE KINGSMEAD PENSION SCHEME

(formerly the Claremont Pension Scheme) Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of the Kingsmead Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme. If you were a member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Scheme to Adrienne Parsons, of Heath Lambert Consulting, Boundary House, 4 County Place, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0RP, so as to reach that address on or before 19 May 2003. The Trustees would be interested to receive a notification from any person who is or was employed by Kingsmead Underwriting (Agencies) Limited on a part-time basis and who is intending to bring a claim based on inequality of treatment or access to the Scheme for part-timers. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme. 18 March 2003.
