Notice of Dividends

In the Swindon County Court  No 27 of 1986 W J T CASEY, R J CASEY &M J CASEY (t/a WJT Casey & Son) Walter James Thomas Casey of 30 Derwent Drive SN2 6JN, Richard James Casey of 8 Stennes Close SN6 9FN, and Michael John Casey of 54 Hathaway Road, Upper Stratton SN2 6TP, all in Swindon, Wiltshire, as Building Maintenance Contractors in equal partnership under the style of WJT Casey & Sons. Notice is hereby given that I, Alan Roderick Thompson, the Trustee in bankruptcy of the above-named bankrupt, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to all Creditors of the above-named bankrupt within a period of 4 months from the last date for proving mentioned below. All Creditors of the Bankrupt are required, on or before 23 April 2003, which is the last date for proving, to prove their debt by sending to the undersigned, Alan Roderick Thompson at Numerica, 9 Portland Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B16 9HN, the Trustee in bankruptcy of the bankrupt, a written statement of the amount they claim to be due from the bankrupt, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Trustee in bankruptcy to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
