Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that
I, Simon Robert Thomas, Joint Supervisor of DNC Realisations (2001) Limited, intend
paying a First Dividend to the unsecured Creditors, within 4 months of the last date
for proving as specified below. Creditors who have not already submitted claims are
required, on or before 22 April 2003, the last date for proving, to submit full details
to me at Tenon Recovery, Sherlock House, 73 Baker Street, London W1U 6RD. Any claims
not received by the date specified above will not be considered for Dividend.
