THE A646 TRUNK ROAD (BURNLEY ROAD, TODMORDEN) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2003

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under sections 1(1) and 2(1) and (2) and 4(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which comes into force on 31 March 2003. The effect of the Order is as described in The London Gazette dated 24 January 2003, Ref 502. A copy of the Order, together with a plan, have been deposited at Todmorden Information Centre, 15 Burnley Road, Todmorden, West Yorkshire OL14 7BU, where they may be inspected during opening hours, or may be seen at or obtained by application to the Director, The Highways Agency, Operations Division, Room 810, Sunley Tower, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester M1 4BE, quoting Ref HA 41/5/65. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers contained in the above Act or any requirement of the above Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks of 26 March 2003, to suspend or quash the Order or any part of it.
