NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is winding-up. Any person who worked for Douglas Allen Spiro 1985 Limited, Douglas Allen Financial Services Limited, Douglas Allen Spiro Limited and/or Refuge Estate Agencies Limited and who has or may have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme and who has not heard from the trustees of the Scheme in the last year is required to provide written particulars to Helen Davies-Williams, Devonshire Trustees Limited, Rutland House, 148 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2JR, quoting the Scheme’s name prior to 2 June 2003. After this date the trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any claim which has not been notified to them in writing prior to 2 June 2003.
