Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that the Trustees of the named schemes above are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme/Fund and wish to trace any persons who were Members of them. If you were a Member of one of the aforementioned schemes and believe that you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme/Fund, which have not already been notified to you, please contact Nick Atkin at Atkin & Co, Oakslade, Station Road, Hatton, near Warwick, Warwickshire CV35 7LH, within three months of the date of publication of this advert. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme/Fund, having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
