Notice is hereby given that Harry Stern, of Flat 5, 39 Portland Place, London W1B 1QQ, has retired from the Partnership subsisting between himself and Jonathan Glasner, Howard Presky, Ian Sussman, Ian Fenton, Jayendra Shah and David Tropp, all of 21 Bedford Square, London WC1B 3HH, who together carried on the practice known as FSPG Chartered Accountants, as of 31 March 2003. All debts due to and owing by FSPG will be received and paid respectively by the firm, which remains under the title FSPG.
