Notice is hereby given that I, APPKAR MOHINDER SINGH MATHARU, of 26 Park Lane, Bedhampton, Havant PO9 3HJ, formerly called and known by the name of Appkar Mohinder Singh Bhogal, a citizen of the United Kingdom, give public notice that, on 10 January 2003, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my name of Appkar Mohinder Singh Bhogal and assumed and adopted in the place thereof the name of Appkar Mohinder Singh Matharu. I am a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981. Enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 February 2003.
