Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll datd 19 December 2002 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 25 March 2003, LOLA JUDE BROCK, of 10 Oughton Close, Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG5 2QY, married and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the forenames of Christopher John and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the forenames of Lola Jude instead of the forenames of Christopher John so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Lola Jude Brock exclusively.
