Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7 March 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 March 2003, Gemma Judith Michalski and Raoul Wenzel Michalski, the parents of ISAIAH OSCAR SAMUEL JACOB MICHALSKI, an unmarried child, a minor and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Oscar Samuel Jacob Michalski and assumed the name of Isaiah Oscar Samuel Jacob Michalski on behalf of their son.
