Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 January 2003 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 7 March 2003, Kristina Hardy, also known as Majlinda Ferraj, of 327 Leigh Hunt Drive, Southgate, London N14 6BZ, married and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11(1), on behalf of my daughter who is a minor, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Georgiou and have assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Hardy instead of the surname of Georgiou so that my daughter is to be at all times called, known and described by the name of ELONDTA KONSTANTINA HARDY exclusively.
