NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES FOR CLAIMS UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27(1)

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that all Creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Fund are required to send particulars in writing to Jane Ringrose, Aon Ltd, 3 The Embankment, Sovereign Street, Leeds LS1 4BJ, on behalf of the Trustees of the Fund, within 2 months of the date of issue of this notice, after which date the Trustees will proceed to apply all remaining assets of the Fund in securing the liabilities attributable to the persons so entitled having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Fund or any part of them so applied to any persons whose claims or demands they have then not had notice. If you have already been in contact with the Trustees (or Aon Ltd on behalf of the Trustees) before, you need not respond to this notice.
