Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 January 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 25 April 2003, I, Naomi Ruth McBrayne, mother of the said DREW-SUMMER ROXY NADINE M c BRAYNE, formerly known as Drew-Summer Roxy Nadine Hawkins, of 8 Flinders Court, Marine Gate, Southsea, Hampshire, a single minor and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Drew-Summer Roxy Nadine Hawkins and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Drew-Summer Roxy Nadine McBrayne.
