Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 3 March 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 April 2003, RICHARD MICHAEL ANTHONY LONGDEN-THURGOOD, of 5 Nerina Street, Milnerton, 7441 South Africa, being single and a British citizen, under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, do abandon the name of Richard Michael Anthony Fagan and assume the name of Richard Michael Anthony Longden-Thurgood.
