Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
ALBERT FISHER GROUP (UK) MONEY PURCHASE PLAN
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person
claiming a beneficial interest in the Albert Fisher Group (UK) Money Purchase Plan
(the “Plan”) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest
or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance
number, dates of entry into Membership of the Scheme to Fiona Lawrance, on behalf
of the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o HR Trustees Limited, Hogg Robinson House, 42-62
Greyfriars Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1NN, before 7 July 2003, after which date
the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto
having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will
not, as respects the assets so distributed, by liable to any person of whose claim
they shall not then have had notice.
Please note that this notice is in respect of the Albert Fisher Group (UK) Money
Purchase Plan only and is not in relation to any other Albert Fisher Group Plc pension
scheme.
