The Q ueen has been pleased to approve the appointment of George Courtauld, as Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Essex to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the County, sickness or other inability to act.
The appointment takes effect from 10 April 2003.
