Annual Liquidation Meetings

Notice is hereby given that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of Scopus Technology UK Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, on Tuesday 20 May 2003, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, by not later than 12.00 noon on Monday 19 May 2003.
