Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections, 93(1) and (2) and section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Leigh & Co, Brentmead House, Britannia Road, London N12 9RU, on Friday 20 June 2003, at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies for use at the Meetings should be lodged with the Liquidator by no later than 12.00 noon on 19 June 2003.
