NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is given, as required by Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that the following application has been made to the Environment Agency, South West Region.
Dstl Porton Down has applied to continue to make a discharge of biologically treated sewage from Black Barn Sewage Treatment Works to a soakaway at Dstl Porton Down, Wiltshire, Salisbury SP4 0JQ.

Details of the application are contained in the Register held by the Agency in its office at Rivers House, Sunrise Business Park, Higher Shaftesbury Road, Blandford Forum, Dorset DT11 8ST, and may be inspected, free of charge, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.
