THE PCL COMPUTER SERVICES LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the PCL Computer Services Limited Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and any person having an entitlement to benefits under the Scheme, which has not already been notified to you, or a claim against the Trustees of the Scheme are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors, whose address is 2 Temple Back East, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6EG, on or before 30 July 2003, after which date the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
