PUNTER SOUTHALL PENSION PLAN
(“THE PLAN”)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to, a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the above-named Plan, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part time employment with the following Company at any of the locations below: Punter Southall & Co, 126 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 4UJ Punter Southall & Co, 4th Floor, Charlotte House, 2 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh Punter Southall & Co, Tempus Court, Onslow Street, Guildford GU1 4SS and that such claim, entitlement or benefit might not have been taken into account, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and the date of birth) to Punter Southall & Co, 126 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 4UJ, marked “for the attention of Graham Clarke”, on behalf of the Trustees of the Plan. Such particulars to arrive no later than one month after placement. Notice is not required for persons who have been notified already by the Trustees of the proposed winding-up of the Plan. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice as soon as possible after that date, and will not be liable to any other person. For the Punter Southall Pension Plan and its Trustees
