NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88
Notice is hereby given, as required by Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991,
that the following applications have been made to the Environment Agency, South West
Region.
The Commodore, HMS Raleigh has applied for consent to discharge from the swimming
pool at HMS Raleigh, Torpoint. The discharge would consist of filter backwash water
from the swimming pool.

Mr K Horsfall has applied for consent to discharge from Ringwell Valley Holiday Park at Bissoe Road, Carnon Downs, Truro. It is proposed to discharge treated sewage effluent from the holiday park to a tributary of the Carnon River. At present, the effluent from the park is discharged into a septic tank and soakaway system. It is expected that the amount of effluent generated at the site will decrease in the future.
