The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, being designated (a) for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 (b) in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by that section, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, makes the following Regulations: S.I. 2002 No 1253. These Regulations may be cited as the TSE (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002. These Regulations, which extend to England, came into force on 27 May 2002. These Regulations amend the TSE (England) Regulations 2002, S.I. 2002/843, to correct errors in those Regulations. Copies of these amending Regulations are being issued, free of charge, to all known purchasers of S.I. 2002/843 by the TSE Directorate of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, 1 a Page Street, London SW1P 4PQ. A copy of this Order can be obtained from any branch of Her Majesty’s Stationery Office.
