The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, acting in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 1 and 8(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981 makes the following Order: S.I. 2003 No 502 This Order may be cited as the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (England) (No 2) (Amendment No 2) Order 2003. It applies to England only and came into force on 31 March 2003. This Order, which extends to England only, amends the Sheep and Goats Identification and Movement (Interim Measures) (England) (No 2) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2153, as amended by S.I. 2003/29) (“the principal Order”). The only substantive change made to the principal Order by this Order is to amend the date that the principal Order ceases to have effect (from 1 April 2003 to 1 August 2003). The Order also amends earlier errors in the principal Order. A regulatory impact statement has not been prepared for this Order.
