Notice of Intended Dividends

LIXALL PRODUCTS LIMITED—CORPORATE VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT

(t/a Lixall Products & Ceramic Industry Supplies (CIS))
A First Interim Dividend of 20p in the £ has been declared and paid in the above matter. A second and Final Dividend is intended to be declared within 4 months of 7 July 2003. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in the above matter must do so by 7 July 2003 or may be excluded from the Dividends.
