Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I, Richard John Hill, of KPMG, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading RG7 4SD, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors of the above-named Company, within 4 months from 14 July 2003. All Creditors of the above-named Company who have not proved their claims to date are required on or before 14 July 2003, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator at the above address. Any Creditor who does not submit a statement of claim by 14 July 2003, will be excluded from this Dividend. R J Hill, Liquidator
