BURIAL ACT 1853

Notice is hereby given that representations have been made to Her Majesty in Council by the Secretary of State for the Home Department that burials should be discontinued in the following places of burial and that Her Majesty in Council was pleased on 12 June 2003 to order that such representations be taken into consideration by a Committee of the Privy Council on 24 July 2003.

1. St Mary and All Saints Churchyard, Fillongley, North
Warwickshire;
2. All Saints Churchyard, Thorpe Malsor, Kettering,
Northamptonshire;
3. St Clement’s Churchyard, Saltfleetby, Louth, Lincolnshire;
4. Christ Church Churchyard, Virginia Water, Surrey;
5. St John the Baptist Churchyard and extension, Abthorpe,
Towcester, Northamptonshire.
