Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 2 April 2003 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 2 May 2003, I, Saiqa Shaffi, of 66 Burlington Road, Small Heath, Birmingham B10 9PA, single and a British citizen, under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the forename and surname of Shaheka Parveen and assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the forename and surname of SAIQA SHAFFI instead of the forename and surname of Shaheka Parveen so as to be at all times called and known and described by the name of Saiqa Shaffi exclusively.
