Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 13 June 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 26 June 2003, I, Katherine Anne Samson, of 19 County Place, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0RF, divorced and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Katherine Anne Wyatt and assumed in lieu thereof the name of KATHERINE ANNE SAMSON.
