Notice is hereby given that Lynn Gibson, of Gibson Hewitt, 5 Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey KT14 6SD, was appointed by the Secretary of State as Liquidator of the above noted Company on 2 May 2003. It is not proposed to summon a General Meeting of the Company’s Creditors for the purpose of establishing a Creditors’ Committee under section 141 of the Insolvency Acts 1986 and 2000. However, the attention of Creditors is drawn to their right under Rule 4.57 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 to requisition a Creditors’ Meeting, if the request is supported by 10% in value of the Company’s Creditors (including the Creditor making the request).
