Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that the Trustees of the above-named Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any person who was a Member. If you were a Member of the aforementioned Scheme and believe that you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme, which have not already been notified to you, please contact John Kirtland of Talisman Financial Services Ltd, Kings Court, 30 The Green, Kings Norton, Birmingham B38 8SD, within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
