Notice of Intended Dividends

In the Wakefield County Court  No 91 of 1999 DEREK GERALD AYTON&JANICE HOYLAND (t/a Jander Supplies Partnership) Notice is hereby given, that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are required, on or before 11 August 2003, to send in their full names and addresses, full particulars of their claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if appropriate) to Peter O’Hara of O’Hara & Co, Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley WF17 9EJ, the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the said Debtors, and if so required by notice in writing, shall come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in the notice. If any Creditor fails to prove their debt by the above date, they will be excluded from any distribution made before their debts are proved. No further notice will be sent by the Trustee.
