Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 29 May 2003 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 8 July 2003, STEVEN JOHN MACLEOD, of 13 Richmond Park Road, East Sheen, London SW14 8JU, married and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of McNicol and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of MacLeod instead of the surname of McNicol so as to be at all times known and described by the name of Steven John MacLeod exclusively.
