NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEES ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that The Pointon Group Plc (1988) Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. Any person who has, or may have, any claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to Beechwood Independent Trustees Ltd, 15 Andover Street, Leicester LE2 0JA, within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only the claims of which they have prior written notice, and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within the said 2 months.
