ANIMAL HEALTH ACT 1981 (AS AMENDED)

As required by section 91(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981 (as amended) notice is hereby given that the Scottish Ministers have made the following Scottish Statutory Instruments. 1. The Movement of Animals (Restrictions) (Scotland) Order 2003. This Order came into force on 10 July 2003. 2. The Disease of Poultry (Scotland) Order 2003. This Order came into force on 10 July 2003. 3. Copies of these Orders and Regulations are available from Her Majesty’s Stationery Office.
