EUROPCAR PENSION PLAN

SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925 NOTICE

The Trustees of the Europcar Pension Plan (the “Plan”) hereby give notice that they will shortly be distributing the assets of the Plan. The Plan provided benefits to and in respect of Members employed by Europcar UK Limited. The Plan was originally established in 1982 as the Godfrey Davis Europcar Ltd Pension Fund (1982) and changed its name in 1990 to the Europcar Pension Plan. Any person who believes they have an entitlement under the Plan and who has not received notice of entitlement within the last year should send particulars of their claim without delay to the Trustees of the Europcar Pension Plan, c/o KPMG Pensions, 2 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DL, marked for the attention of Nicola Myers.
