Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 27 May 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23 July 2003, I, Lyndsey Robbins, having parental responsibility for STACEY ROBBINS, of 101 High Street, Cricklade, Swindon, Wiltshire SN6 6AA, a minor, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Jones and assumed the surname of Robbins.
