I hereby give notice that, by a Deed Poll dated 2 July 2003 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 15 July 2003, I, STEVEN CHRISTOPHER MULLIN, of Rotorua, Station Road, Conon Bridge, Rosshire, Scotland IV7 8BJ, single and a British citizen, renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Maddocks and assumed the name of Mullin. 11 July 2003.
