Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 10 September 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 30 July 2003, I, Donna Tracey Ockenden, mother of JORDAN WILLIAM OCKENDEN, of 19 Highbury Close, New Maldon, Surrey KT3, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1)(a) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jordan William Altaf and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Jordan William Ockenden.
