Notice is hereby given that an Interim Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2003, of £10 per share has been declared payable on the Ordinary Shares of £1 each, in the capital of TMP TicketBoy Limited. The Dividend is payable on or after 13 August 2003, and holders of Share Warrants to Bearer should lodge Coupon No 4 for payment at the registered offices of the Company situated at Woodbridge House, Chapel Road, Smallfield, Surrey RH6 9NW. Coupon listing forms may be obtained from the Company.
