Notice is hereby given that I, PAULA KAY HEARN-LYNCH, of 25 Woodrow Drive, Wokingham, Berkshire RG40 1RU, formerly called and known by the name of Paula Kay Hearn, a citizen of the United Kingdom by birth, pursuant to section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, give public notice that, on 8 August 2003, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my surname of Hearn and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname of Hearn-Lynch and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 30 June 2003 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 August 2003.
