Notice of Intended Dividends

In the Brighton County Court  No 112 of 1998

FIRST CHOICE HAIRDRESSERS LIMITED

A Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. All Creditors who have not already done so are invited to prove their debts. Debts must be proved in writing on an appropriate claim form which can be obtained from me at RZQ Business Recovery, 42 New Oxford Street, London WC1A 1EP. Any Creditor who does not submit their claim by 6 November 2003 will be excluded from this Dividend which is to be declared within 4 months from the last date for proving. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
