DISPOSAL OF LAND UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A)

LAND AT SOMERFORD GROVE/ALMOND ROAD PLAYGROUND, LONDON N17

Notice is hereby given that the Haringey Borough Council intends to dispose of an area of land in the south-west corner of Somerford Grove/Almond Road playground. The land comprises 1158 m² (12,465 square feet) of open space to be leased by Haringey Play Association for use as a free-to-the-public children’s play area. Objections to the intended disposal or requests for site plans must be made in writing and addressed to: Property Services, Mr A Brown, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, London N22 7TR, by no later than 7 November 2003.
