Appleby Castle Limited, Appleby Castle, Appleby in Westmorland, Cumbria, hereby give notice that in not less than two months after the publication of this notice we intend to make application to Eden District Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Appleby Castle. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of Eden District Council, Mansion House, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 7YG, between the hours of 8.45 am and 5.15 pm (4.45 pm on Fridays).
